【摘要】:ThispartofISO11119specifiesrequirementsforcompositegascylindersuptoandincluding450litreswatercapacity,forthestorageandconveyanceofcompressedorliquefiedgaseswithtestpressuresuptoandincluding650bar.Thecylindersareconstructedintheformofaseamlessmetalliclinerover-wrappedwithcarbonfibreoraramidfibreorglassfibre(oramixturethereof)inaresinmatrix,toprovidecircumferentialreinforcement.ThispartofISO11119addressesfullywrappedcompositecylinderswithaload-sharingliner(i.e.alinerthatsharestheloadoftheoverallcylinderdesign)andadesignlifefrom10atonon-limitedlife.Forcylinderswithdesignlifeinexcessof15a,andinorderforthesecylinderstoremaininservicebeyond15a,requalificationofthesecylindersisrecommended.ThispartofISO11119doesnotaddressthedesign,fittingandperformanceofremovableprotectivesleeves.Wherethesearefittedtheyshouldbeconsideredseparately.NOTE1ISO11439appliestocylindersintendedforuseasfuelcontainersonnaturalgasvehicles.NOTE2ISO11623coversperiodicinspectionandretestingofcompositecylinders.note:1)1bar=10Pa.
