【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationestablishesrequirementsforcompacted,mineral-insulated,metal-sheathed,basemetalthermocouplecable,withatleasttwothermoelements.1.2Thisspecificationdescribestherequiredmaterial,processingandtestingrequirements,andalsotheoptionalsupplementarytestingandqualityassuranceandverificationchoices.1.3Thematerialofconstructionincludesstandardbasemetalthermoelements,austeniticstainlesssteelorothercorrosionresistantsheathmaterial,andeithermagnesia(MgO)oralumina(Al2O3)insulation.1.4ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
