【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesareliablepredictionoftheresistanceorsusceptibility,orboth,tolossofmaterialstrengthandductilityasaresultofexposuretohydrogen-containinggaseousenvironments.Thistestmethodisapplicableoverabroadrangeofpressures,temperatures,andgaseousenvironments.Theresultsfromthistestmethodcanbeusedtoevaluatetheeffectsofmaterialcomposition,processing,andheattreatmentaswellastheeffectsofchangesinenvironmentcomposition,temperature,andpressure.Theseresultsmayormaynotcorrelatewithserviceexperienceforparticularapplications.Furthermore,thistestmethodmaynotbesuitablefortheevaluationofhightemperaturehydrogenattackinsteelsunlesssuitableexposuretimeatthetestconditionshastakenplacepriortotheinitiationoftensiletestingtoallowforthedevelopmentofinternalblistering,decarburizationorcracking,orboth.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedurefordeterminationoftensilepropertiesofmetalsinhighpressureorhightemperature,orboth,gaseoushydrogen-containingenvironments.Itincludesaccommodationsforthetestingofeithersmoothornotchedspecimens.1.2Thisappliestoallmaterialsandproductformsincluding,butnotrestrictedto,wroughtandcastmaterials.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.See6.1foradditionalinformation.
