【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheconstructionrequirements,calculationofWLL,verification,certificationandmarkingofsteelwireropeslingsforgeneralliftingservice.Itcoverssingle-,two-,three-andfour-legslings,withferrule-securedorsplicedeyeterminationsandsplicedorferrule-securedendlessslingsmadefrom8mmto60mmdiameter6strandordinarylaysteelwireropewithfibreorsteelcoreand8strandordinarylaysteelwireropewithasteelcoreconformingtoEN12385-4.Thestandardassumesaworkingcoefficient(factorofsafety)offive.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverslingsforsingleuse,i.e.onetripslings,havingaworkingcoefficientlowerthan5."Thisstandarddoesnotcovermatchedsetsofslingswithsplicedeyes.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletoslingswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.ThehazardscoveredbythisPartofEN13414areidentifiedinclause4.Thesewireropeslingsareintendedforliftingobjects,materialsorgoods.GuidanceontheinformationwhichshouldbeprovidedwithanenquiryororderisgiveninannexA.NOTEInformationforuseandmaintenance,includingoperatingtemperatureranges,isgiveninPart2ofthisstandard.
