【摘要】:Thisguideisnotmeanttomandateaspecificstructureorresponsibilityatthevariouslevelsbutrathertosuggestameansormethodthatwillallowforthecreationorfurtherdevelopmentofastate,regional,orlocalEMSsystem.Thisguidewillassiststate,regional,orlocalorganizationsinestablishingEMSsystemsorrefiningexistingEMSsystems.1.1Thisguideestablishesoptimumguidelinesforthestructuresandresponsibilitiesthatwillfacilitatedevelopment,delivery,andassessmentofEmergencyMedicalServices(EMS)onstate,regional,andlocallevels.1.1.1StateLevel8212;Atthestatelevel,thisguidesetsforthabasicstructurefortheorganizationandmanagementofastateemergencymedicalservicesprogramandoutlinestheresponsibilitiesofthestateintheplanning,development,coordination,andregulationofemergencymedicalservicesthroughoutthestate.1.1.2RegionalLevel8212;Attheregionallevel,thisguideaddressestheplanning,development,andcoordinationofafunctionalandcomprehensiveEMSsystemwhichconsistsofallpersonnel,equipment,andfacilitiesnecessaryfortheresponsetotheemergentlyillorinjuredpatient,accordingtonationalandstateleadagencystandards.1.1.3LocalLevel8212;Atthelocallevel,thisguidesetsforthabasicstructurefortheorganizationandmanagementofalocalEMSsystemandoutlinestheresponsibilitiesthatalocalEMSshouldassumeintheplanning,development,implementation,andevaluatingofitsEMSsystem.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO10846explainstheprinciplesunderlyingparts2to5ofISO10846fordeterminingthetransferpropertiesofvibrationisolatorsfromlaboratorymeasurements,andprovidesassistanceintheselectionoftheappropriatepartofthisseries.ThispartofISO10846isapplicabletovibrationisolatorswhichareusedtoreduce:a)thetransmissionofaudiofrequencyvibrations(structure-bornesound,20Hzto20kHz)toastructurewhichmay,forexample,radiatefluid-bornesound(airborne,waterborne,orother);b)thetransmissionoflowfrequencyvibrations(typically1Hzto80Hz)whichmay,forexample,actuponhumansorcausedamagetostructureswhenvibrationistoosevere.ThedataobtainedwiththemeasurementmethodswhichareoutlinedinthispartofISO10846andfurtherdetailedinparts2to5ofISO10846canbeusedfor:—productinformationprovidedbymanufacturersandsuppliers;—informationduringproductdevelopment;—qualitycontrol;—computationofthetransferofvibrationsthroughisolators.Theconditionsforthevalidityofthemeasurementmethodsarea)linearityofthevibrationalbehaviouroftheisolator(thisincludeselasticelementswithnon-linearstaticload-deflectioncharacteristicsaslongastheelementsshowapproximatelinearityforvibrationalbehaviourforagivenstaticpreload);b)thecontactinterfacesofthevibrationisolatorwiththeadjacentsourceandreceiverstructurescanbeconsideredaspointcontacts.
