【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsforproducingandinspectinggirth,branchandfilletweldsinthepipelinepartofpipelinetransportationsystemsforthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustriesmeetingtherequirementsofISO13623.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletotherequirementsforweldingofcarbonandlow-alloysteelpipes.Applicationisrestrictedtopipeswithadiameterof20mmandlargerandwallthicknessof3mmormore,andaspecifiedminimumyieldstrengthof555MPaorless.Itisalsoapplicabletoweldingintopipelines,itemssuchasspools,risers,launchers/receivers,fittings,flangesand"pups"topipelinevalves.Theweldingprocessescoveredareshieldedmetalarcwelding,gastungstenarcwelding,gasmetalarcwelding,flux-coredarcweldingwithandwithoutshieldinggas,andsubmergedarcwelding.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletoflashgirthwelding,resistancewelding,solid-phaseweldingorotherone-shotweldingprocesses,nortolongitudinalweldsinpipeorfittings,to"hot-tap"weldingofpipelinesinserviceortotheweldingofprocesspipingoutsideofthescopeofISO13623.NOTEAdditionalrequirementsmaybenecessaryforweldingofpipelineforparticularpipelineoperatingconditions.Thesecanincludelimitationsonmaximumhardnessorstrength,minimumimpacttoughnessvalues,cracktip-openingdisplacement,allweldmetaltensiletestingorbendtesting,thermalstressrelieforothers.Whereappropriate,theseadditionalrequirementsshouldbeaddedtotherequirementsofthisInternationalStandardinaproject-specificsupplement.
